Once Bundles or Coins are purchased and credited to your account, the service is considered delivered. Based on the regulations applicable to e-commerce of digital products, it is a non-refundable transaction once the credit has been activated, except in the exceptions listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Refund Eligibility Cases<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • If a user's account is suspended for violating the platform's Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      4. \u201cQueens\u201d compensation (financial recovery allowance)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you encounter a technical issue During<\/strong> Taking the test (disconnection, browser malfunction) led to the loss of tokens without showing the result, the platform will compensate you by returning the tokens to your account again to retake the test, after checking the system logs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
